Welcome to our store. By purchasing any product from our shop, you agree to the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Product Delivery

Upon successful payment, the product (including but not limited to digital keys or codes) is automatically and immediately delivered and assigned to the individual purchaser. Due to this automated delivery process, each product is considered used at the moment of transaction completion.

2. Refund Policy

All sales are final. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept that:

• No refunds are guaranteed. Refunds may only be granted as a gesture of goodwill ("ex gratia") and are at the sole discretion of SilentHub.
• Refunds, if issued, will incur a minimum processing fee of $5, and may be subject to a deduction of up to 50% of the original purchase amount, depending on the situation.
• Since all products are automatically delivered and digitally assigned to the customer upon purchase, they are considered used and non-returnable.
• By making a purchase, the customer waives any and all rights to request or claim a return or refund, except under extraordinary circumstances evaluated solely by SilentHub.

3. Requesting a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the above terms, you must open a ticket and communicate exclusively through our official Discord server:

4. Modifications to Terms

SilentHub reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
